The Fallen Bridges

I Will Keep Sailing is a collection of piano pieces by Piotr Wiese spanning the last five years. During this time he met the love of his life, kicked off his recording career, and moved home and studio on multiple occasions - including his most recent relocation from Poland to Spain. Needless to say, the album captures a wide range of experiences, emotions and places and yet the pieces sound as though they were written and recorded in a single session. It is one of the wonderful paradoxes of time, that things can be shaped and reimagined to fit into a single moment. And what a moment this is, with a set of seven pieces that romantically capture us from the very first notes, refusing to relinquish our attention even for a second. The title is 'an answer' to the lyrics of a song composed by his wife during a really tough period. We all live difficult moments, and sometimes music can take us through to the end.
